Supersonic Transport Myths is a project by Samuel Hammond of the Niskanen Center, a D.C. based think tank.

The research presented here is drawn from a paper by Eli Dourado and Samuel Hammond called "Make America Boom Again: How to Bring Back Supersonic Transport" published by the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. To learn more about the case for supersonic, you can also see our op-ed in the Wall Street Journal.

Eli Dourado is a Research Fellow at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University and director of its Technology Policy Program.

Samuel Hammond is the Poverty and Welfare Policy Analyst for the Niskanen Center, and a graduate research fellow for the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. His research at Mercatus has focused on the regulatory and safety barriers to the commercialization of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, while his work at the Niskanen Center explores the importance of innovation to reducing poverty and promoting human welfare.
